DRAM prices pick-up, but no turnaround

The Asian market has seen a slight pickup in DRAM prices, with AICE posting daily highs of US$2.8 for 64MB and US$5.6 for 128MB yesterday. We remain cautious on the sustainability of the recent DRAM share price rebound, as there is little to indicate a turnaround in end-market demand.
