Realtek sees sharp MoM decline

• Development: Local press reported that Realtek’s June revenue may fall below NT$500m, coming in at around NT$450m.

• Analysis: The result would be slightly below our expectation, even though we anticipated the sharp decline but rather for June due to seasonal weakness and completion of previous short orders.

• Primasia View: We maintain our recommendation and expect poor June financials to provide good buying opportunities.
